Frequently asked questions

Can I withdraw my entire PF balance?

This depends on employment status, service history and current EPFO rules. Form 19 is used for eligible final settlement; Form 31 is used for eligible advances.

Is pension withdrawal the same as PF withdrawal?

No. Employees' Pension Scheme benefits have separate rules. Form 10C may be used for eligible withdrawal benefit or a scheme certificate; Form 10D relates to eligible pension claims.

Will NiSE COMPORT collect my UAN password or OTP?

No. Enter passwords, Aadhaar OTPs and banking details only into official EPFO/UMANG services yourself. We do not guarantee claim approval or settlement.
